Q&A Ticket Service

Q&A Ticket Service is an online communication channel between our Migration Agents and you, just like email. This service allows you to ask a question about any Australian visa issues you may have via the Member Only Area (Inbox) on our website.

If you like to use this service, you can purchase a subscription to access the Member Only Area (Inbox) for a 10-day or 20-day period.

During the subscription period, you are permitted to submit one question or two that you really like to ask to our Migration Agent. 

Q&A Ticket Service offers the two following subscription options:

  • A 10-day subscription allows you to submit ONLY ONE question: $49 AUD
  • A 20-day subscription allows you to submit TWO questions: $89 AUD

Note that if multiple or highly complex questions are submitted, Frank Lanza Migration Services reserves the right to request you to re-submit the question/s separately or to limit the amount of questions asked. In this case, our Migration Agent will contact you within a 24-hour period.

One of our Migration Agents will provide an informative answer to your query within THREE (3) working days of receiving your question.

Then whether you like to continue to use our service or not is up to you, after your Membership subscription is expired.

Frank Lanza Migration Services reserves the right NOT to answer questions that:

  • relate to non-migration matters;
  • are not submitted in English;
  • are not related to your specific case.

For clients who wish to submit multiple questions with upgrade services, Frank Lanza Migration Services also offers Visa Information Service or Visa Review Service that includes Complimentary unlimited Q&A Ticket Service for a 15-day or 90-day period respectively.
